18-Hole Permanent, Professional, Disc Golf Course

A special thank you to, Professional Disc Golf Champion Pete Caldwell, and Matt Blakely, for putting so much work and effort into designing this course, to ensure that park guests have a great course to play. These gentlemen are two of the leading course designers and players in the Cincinnati area, and we are very thankful they chose to help us make this project possible.

This 18-hole Disc Golf Course, pictured on the left, is professionally designed and tournament ready. The course is complete with DGA Mach X baskets, 5'x12' concrete tee pads. This course is located on the south side of Cowan Lake State Park, around the Dance Pavilion and public beach areas. Follow signs to the Dance Pavilion parking lot. Hole 1 is located on the west side of the lot. There is also a practice tee located beside the Dance Pavilion.

The terrain features heavily wooded areas, with many of the holes overlooking the beautiful scenic lake. The course has a variety of shot shapes and strategically placed baskets on ridges. There is plenty of fun to be had on the course, and it is challenging in all the best ways.

For player and park guest convenience, the park has provided, a porta potty located in the disc golf parking lot.

Be sure to download the UDisc app for more information regarding course layouts and more hole information.
